P1(g) Daily Shooting Schedule
The shooting schedule is made to help the me plan the day of filming and making sure we complete sufficient footage for all scenes. Below shows the schedule in which will be used on each filming day, providing the information with regards to location, the scenes involved in the filming and the props needed for that moment in time.
Schedules
Contingency Plan
Having a contingency plan is vital. although the scheduled filming has been allocated a specific time in which it will take place, unforeseen circumstances may occur, thus resulting in the prevention of footage being shot. If i am unable to complete the footage I wish to shoot on
Day 1, my contingency is to set up the bedroom in gareths nearby house that is available. This bedroom has the same setup , however it is slightly smaller. The whole day will focus on the scenes that involve the bedroom and house instead of chronological order, its important to complete as there is no additional time in which has been allocated to the filming of these scenes
Day 2 is the beach scene if Im unable to complete the filming in the morning, due to a member of cast being unavailable, it could be possible to move this scene to the last in the daily schedule, meaning all can be filmed on the same day. In addition to this scene the jump scene is set to be filmed. If the garden in which I plan to film in become unavailable, again I have a second room garden however this could possibly be rescheduled for Day 3, and the extra library scene could be shot on the second day instead of third.
Day 3
Filming the outside house video will be one of the toughest, as a number of actors will be involved. With reliability possibly causing an issue, after selecting the actors for the role, I have also a number of stand-in actors available if need be.
